Tax Preparation
Once all required documents have been received, your tax preparation will begin.
Pay, Review & Sign
Once complete, pay your tax preparation fees and we send you a secure copy to review.
Submit Your Documents
- Send us your tax documents securely through our client portal or email.
- Your tax pro reviews the upload for missing information and contacts you with open items if necessary.
- All submissions are uploaded to our Secure Client Portal immediately for historical safekeeping. We take the security and safety of your personal information very seriously.
Tax Preparation Begins
- Once all required documents have been received, your tax preparation will begin. Please make sure we have your preferred email address and phone number for timely communication throughout the tax preparation process.
- If we are waiting on tax documents, you will be emailed every 7 days.
- We require all documents to be received by March 31st to guarantee timely filed returns.
Pay, Review & Sign
- Pay tax prep fees electronically. Full payment is required before efiling.
- Review and approve your tax returns before filing.
- Read, sign & date your e-signature forms. Unsigned forms will delay e-filing your return.

We ALWAYS want you to understand your tax returns and feel 100% comfortable about the information being filed. Therefore, a 30 minute detailed review of your taxes via remote meeting or our location will be provided if necessary.
