If we make a mistake, we will fix the error at no cost to you and represent the problem before the IRS or state revenue agency. In the event that the error is our responsibility, we will pay any penalties you may incur on behalf of the error, provided we are notified within thirty (30) days of the date of the notice. Of course, you will still be responsible for any additional tax or interest that may be assessed.
