The Client Accounting Manual is to be reviewed in detail with new clients at the Initial Strategy Session.Ā This entire manual, including the exhibits, is posted on our website so it can be downloaded and accessed as needed.

Backwork Phase

At this point, move into the backwork phase. Collect all of the information you will need to do the backwork and consider using some type of guide sheet to make notes on and document the status of the work.

Second Strategy Meeting

Ideally, the backwork and the first month’s processing are completed. Review with the client the financial statements on a line-by-line basis, as well as any tax or business issues that were uncovered during your review of the records.

Strategy Session

Once we have a complete understanding of your financial landscape, we'll hold a strategy session to outline our approach, establish key performance indicators, and set timelines for deliverables.

Ongoing Support and Communication

With everything set up, you’ll receive regular updates and have access to our team for any questions or advice. We believe in proactive communication to ensure your finances are always in good shape.
