Instead of simply clocking hours, our team members are now compensated based on the work they complete. This means their pay is directly tied to the deliverables we provide to you—such as reconciled accounts, accurate reports, and up-to-date records.

This model encourages greater focus, efficiency, and accountability. But it also means that when work stalls due to missing documents or delays in communication, our employees can’t get paid—and your books don’t move forward.
