After entering all transactions for the month, you will need to send us your QuickBooks file. Please do not make any changes to prior periods after sending the file to us!
For QB Desktop versions:
- Provide us with your user name and password for administrative access to your QB file.
- Each month, you will need to:
- Create a backup copy of your company file and upload it us through the portal.
- Create a portable copy of your file and email it to us.
For QB Online versions:
- Send us an invite that allows for accountant’s access to your QB file.
- Each month, you need to notify us that the month is complete so we can download the transactions.
